Unique Educational Approach

For over forty years A.C.E. has recognized the need for an affordable, Christ-centered homeschool curriculum. A.C.E. realizes that each child possesses a unique learning style with God-given abilities and talents. From Kindergarten through Level 12, each child is taught:

• To set goals and meet deadlines.
• To develop critical thinking skills.
• To think creatively and independently.

A.C.E.’s individualized approach to learning is based upon the capabilities of each student. Our curriculum makes it possible for any student, a high achiever or one with learning needs, to master subject matter. Such mastery is the foundation upon which all future learning is built.

Individualized Learning

Accelerated Christian Education has taken the conventional textbook and divided it into bite-sized, achievable worktexts. These worktexts, called PACEs, include self-instructional lessons and activities. Each PACE is more or less equivalent to a chapter in a textbook. Each subject consists of 12 PACEs in each level (grade).

Each student begins a PACE by noting the goals, the concepts he will learn, a Bible verse, and a corresponding character trait. From the very beginning of each PACE, the student knows what is expected and assumes the responsibility for his own learning!

Unapologetically Biblical

Education apart from Biblical values is not true education. The A.C.E. curriculum instills traditional moral values and Biblical principles in the life of each student.

Character traits like kindness, loyalty, and honesty are taught within the curriculum. The student can observe Godly living in the Christian character illustrations and then apply the lessons to his own life.

Character training received as part of this learning experience prepares the student to welcome and accept challenges and future opportunities.
